How account deletion works
- Submit the form below. Use an email address or phone number associated with your Alpha1Rides account so we can locate it.
- We verify the request. We may contact you using account information already held by Alpha1Rides. Do not send identity documents unless our support team specifically asks for them through an appropriate channel.
- We process deletion. Once verified, the account is closed and personal data that is no longer required is deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
What will be deleted
Subject to verification and applicable legal requirements, deletion may include account profile information, saved preferences, founding-list information, contact details, device-linked account information and other personal data that is no longer needed to provide a service or meet a lawful retention requirement.
What may be retained
Some limited records may need to be retained after an account is deleted where required or permitted for tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, legal obligations, safety investigations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal claims. Where retention is necessary, the information will be restricted to the relevant purpose and retained only for as long as reasonably required.
Deletion of your Alpha1Rides account does not require us to delete information that has been irreversibly anonymised so that it no longer identifies you.
